Albania is rebuilding the country in a rapid pace. Balancing between the dark past under the dictatorship of Enver Hohxa and being a modern western country, the country opens its doors for mass-tourism. This comes at a price: mass-construction polutes the coastline with hotels and restaurants everywhere. This series shows the parts which are not up to speed yet, or will hopefully not be modernized too soon.
