Georgia – between hope and fear

In the hot summer of 2023, I embarked on an adventurous trip through Georgia. Sandwiched between the West and Russia, the country has to balance between keeping their big neighbour at ease and at the same time trying to modernize towards a “western”way of life. Everywhere I encountered very friendly people, curious why I was visiting. Georgia is a very special place and I am sure I will return to see more of this great country.
